These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ishwarmart website, mobile experience, and related services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform. We may update these Terms at any time; the latest version will always be published on this page.

Ishwarmart provides, among other offerings:

• Online sale of puja samagri, idols, thalis, candles, and mandir essentials
• Online puja booking with verified pandits
• Virtual temple darshan and spiritual experiences
• Vedic astrology and Kundli services
• Dan seva (donations) toward temples and charitable causes
• Prasad box and related devotional products

Product images and descriptions are for illustration. Handcrafted items may vary slightly in colour, finish, weight, or dimensions — such natural variation is not a defect.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian’s consent.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes where mentioned.
• Placing an order or sending a WhatsApp enquiry constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is sent once payment is verified or acknowledged by our team.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or service limitations.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated before order confirmation.

Payments may be accepted via UPI, bank transfer, payment links, or other methods communicated on WhatsApp or at checkout. An order is confirmed only after we verify receipt of payment. Ishwarmart is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references or third-party payment failures.

We ship puja items across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary by location, festivals, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect packages on receipt and report damage within 48 hours — see our Refund Policy for details.

• Puja bookings are subject to pandit availability, temple schedules, and the details you provide at the time of booking.
• Astrology and Kundli outputs are for spiritual and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
• Live darshan streams depend on third-party temple feeds and internet connectivity; occasional interruptions may occur beyond our control.
• Donations (Dan Seva) are transferred to designated causes as described on the donation page. Tax benefit certificates, where applicable, are issued per the receiving trust’s rules.

All content on ishwarmart.com — including text, images, logos, 3D experiences, and design — is owned by Ishwarmart or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or user data
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that harms site performance
• Misrepresent your identity or order details
• Resell products obtained from Ishwarmart without authorisation

Ishwarmart provides spiritual products and services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific spiritual, astrological, or material outcomes. The website and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ishwarmart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first on WhatsApp to resolve concerns amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.
